Add a VBlank viewing to your WordPress site
On this page
Quick answer
Add a Custom HTML block to your page and paste the snippet from your post-scan email. Save or update the page, then check the public viewing. Your account must be allowed to save iframe code.
- You’ll need
- Your iframe snippet and WordPress editor access
Add an interactive viewing to your WordPress page so visitors can explore your space alongside the rest of your content.
Before you begin
Have your post-scan email open. Check the direct link first, then copy the iframe HTML snippet for the visualisation you want to show. Keep your asset ID as a reference.
WordPress.com: iframe support requires a plug-in-enabled plan with hosting features activated. Free sites restrict iframe code. Self-hosted WordPress: your user role, site configuration and security tools determine whether iframe HTML is allowed.
Use the WordPress block editor
- In the WordPress dashboard, go to Pages and edit the page for your viewing.
- Use the block inserter (+) to add a Custom HTML block.
- Paste the complete iframe snippet into the block. A standard Code block displays text, so use Custom HTML here.
- Preview the page, then select Publish or Update when ready.
- Open the public page in a separate tab and confirm that the iframe remains after saving.
Using a page builder?
Use the builder’s HTML element for the supplied snippet. For example, Elementor has an HTML widget. Avoid elements that expect a video URL or a WordPress shortcode.
Check the viewing and layout
On the live page, try moving around the scene. Check the page on a phone and make sure the viewer’s controls are visible. If you change the width or height, check both layouts again.
If the iframe disappears when you save, ask your site administrator to check your permissions and HTML filtering. On WordPress.com, check that your plan’s hosting features are active. You can use your direct link while iframe access is unavailable.

Add a direct viewing link
To offer a separate way to open the viewing, add a text link or button labelled something like Explore our space in 3D (or whatever you fancy) and paste the direct link from your post-scan email into its web address field. This also works when your website cannot accept iframe HTML.
Provider reference: WordPress.com: supported code and restrictions. Editor labels and plan availability may change.
