Add a VBlank viewing to your Squarespace site

Add an interactive viewing to your Squarespace page so visitors can explore your space alongside the rest of your content.

Before you begin

Have your post-scan email open. Check the direct link first, then copy the iframe HTML snippet for the visualisation you want to show. Keep your asset ID as a reference.

Website requirements

Iframe code blocks require a Squarespace Core, Plus or Advanced plan, or a legacy Business, Commerce Basic or Commerce Advanced plan. Check your account’s code-block access before starting.

Add the viewer to a page

  1. Edit the page and section where your visualisation should appear.
  2. Choose Add Block (+) → Code and open the block editor.
  3. Use HTML mode. Replace any sample code with the complete iframe snippet from your post-scan email.
  4. Keep Display Source off so the block renders the viewing.
  5. Resize the block and section to accommodate the viewer, including in the mobile layout.
  6. Save your changes. If the page is ready for visitors, make it public and check its live address.

Check the viewing and layout

On the live page, try moving around the scene. Check the page on a phone and make sure the viewer’s controls are visible. If you change the width or height, check both layouts again.

Provider tip

The editor may disable embedded content while you are signed in. Open the saved page outside editing mode to check it. If your plan does not allow iframes, use a button linked to your direct viewing link.

To offer a separate way to open the viewing, add a text link or button labelled something like Explore our space in 3D (or whatever you fancy) and paste the direct link from your post-scan email into its web address field. This also works when your website cannot accept iframe HTML.
